Plastic Design Corporation was founded in 1991 by Mark Kinder as an engineering resource for OEMs by designing parts for injection molding.

PDC has evolved into a niche molder of micro components and now manufactures microscopic components for medical devices, micro-fluidic devices, and in vitro lab ware. All of the engineering and manufacturing is performed at our headquarters in Arizona.

PDC is one of a few vertically integrated mold-making and micro-molding companies in the U.S. Our core business is the machining of precision micro-molds as well as the tight tolerance manufacture of parts using these molds.

We strive to advance our understanding of material properties at these micro-scales and to develop innovative micro-molding manufacturing techniques to incorporate them. Our experience through engineering, knowledge of materials, and in-house mold making makes us an extremely skilled and valuable partner to develop micro devices and to utilize new materials.
